1. Digital Products

Since our website sells digital products (eBooks) that can be downloaded instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns for these items once they have been purchased and delivered. We encourage you to review the book description and any available previews carefully before making a purchase.

2. Physical Products

For all physical products, such as printed books, the following returns policy applies:

a. Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to defects in the product or if it does not match the description provided on the website. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

b. Non-returnable Items

Please note that autographed or personalized books cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

c. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for our response. We will provide instructions on where to send returned goods.
  3. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

d. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

e. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

3. Refunds Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
